How do I book in?
Simply drop me a message via email, instagram dm or by using the form in my Book a Session page!

How soon will I receive my photographs?
For all portrait, engagement or maternity packages, please allow up to 10 days to receive all your edited photographs. For wedding photographs it will take around 3-8 weeks to deliver your full album of edited images depending on how busy the
season is!

Where are you based and how far can you travel?
I am based in West Sussex, and I travel to all clients within Sussex, Surrey and London free of charge. Anywhere outside this area I charge a travel fee depending on distance. I can travel to anywhere in the UK, however the travel fee will vary depending on location.

How will my final photographs be delivered?
Via password protected private gallery in the Client Galleries section of the website. I will send you your folder name and unique password when your images are all uploaded and ready to view/download. USB sticks are available on request too.

I have never had a photoshoot before... how does it work?
I completely understand as I'm never usually in front of the camera myself! Before your shoot I will talk you through the process start to finish and answer any questions you may have. My main goal is to make it as relaxed, unposed and hassle-free as possible, while making sure your photos look exactly as you'd like them.

How do you take payments?
Via bank transfer or cash

Is a deposit required to book?
A deposit is required for wedding packages only, to secure the date. For all other packages, full payment can be made when booking or on the day of your shoot.

Do you offer any other types of photoshoots?
Absolutely. If you have an event or any other type of occasion in mind, feel free to drop me a message to arrange a bespoke package

Can I book multiple photoshoot packages in one day/ back to back?
Drop me a message with what photoshoots you have in mind, as it all depends on the nature of the shoot!

Wedding-Specific Frequently Asked Questions
How do we book a wedding package with you?
Simply drop me an email or message, and we can arrange a phonecall to book you in. We can then arrange a pre-wedding consultation, which is just to find out a bit more info, any specific requirements etc and I can explain the photography side of the day in detail. A deposit is required to secure your date, 20% of the total wedding package, which goes toward your total payment so there are no extra charges.

How far in advance do I need to book?
My availability will vary during the year, as long as I have availability I will do my best to book you in. There is no set time you must book in advance but please note I may be fully booked at very short notice.

I always try my best to get your photos ready as soon as possible, but please allow between 3 to 8 weeks for all your photos to be edited and uploaded. I always prioritise quality and I want all your photographs looking beautiful before I upload them to you!

Do you offer wedding albums?
At the moment no, however it is a service I am hoping to offer soon!

When must we pay the full amount by?
2 weeks before the wedding day at the latest, or on the day if paying via cash.
